Q1. How old do I need to be to rent a car?

The minimum age limit to rent a car for driving purposes is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 65 years.

Q2. What documents do I need to rent a car?

  • You will need a valid UAE driving license or Valid International License.
  • Copy of passport with Visa page
  • Credit Card

Q3. Can I rent a car without a credit card?

Most Car rental companies require a credit card for the security deposit and reservation. We can offer Debit card facility but T&C may apply.

Q5. How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation through our website or through Whatsap booking through the number on our website.

Q6. Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Yes you can modify and cancel your reservation by contacting our customer support or booking number. Please note there might be fees for last minute changes or cancellations.

Q7. Do you require a Deposit?

Yes. Depending on the vehicle, but a minimum of AED 5,000 deposit is required. This can be held for up to 24 days. This is to make sure there are no speeding or parking fines on the car.

Q8. Is insurance included in the price?

Yes. Insurance covers the primary driver who has rented the car. In the event you are involved in any road side accident, please park the car safely on the side of the road and call our support team along with the police services.

Q9. What happens if the car breaks down during my rental?

All our rentals include roadside assistance. Contact the support team and assistance will be dispatched to your location. In case of a serious breakdown, we will provide a replacement vehicle.

Q10. How do I pay for SALIK and street parking?

SALIK is included in the car price, so do not need to pay anything additional. All street parking slots will have a sign. Please sign up to the information provided and put the vehicles plate number in along with the stay time.

Q11. Can I cross borders with the car?

The vehicle cannot leave the UAE, if the car leaves the UAE the authorities will be informed and the car will be deemed as stolen. Any and all fines will be bared by the leaser.
